BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED BY STARVIBEZ DESIGNS WRITTEN TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("STARVIBEZ DESIGNS").
IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY SERVICES.

Rates & Payments
All services are purchased through website. All pricing by StarVibez Designs is subject to change at any time. New prices become effective upon posting to website. If there has been an agreed pricing between Star and the client before changes are made, that price will remain valid until that project is complete. All website services require a consultation take place before the service is purchased. All services require a full payment before work will begin.
Currently, acceptable payments include credit/debit card and PayPal. No project will begin until payment has been 100% paid. Don’t see the rate or service you are looking for? No problem, custom orders can be created through invoice.
Refunds & Cancellations
StarVibez Designs does not provide refunds for any services. Once a payment has been made, the project will begin in the time frame provided. Please be advised that turnaround time can vary for many reasons: revisions made by client, previous orders running behind, sale event, lack of communication, ect...
If for any reason you want to cancel a service that is already in process, that is your choice. However, due to the work applied during processing, such as gathering resources, payments already received by StarVibez Designs will not be refunded. If no work has been done on the project, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of StarVibez Designs.
In the event that StarVibez Designs is unable to complete a project, you will receive a full refund.
Proofs
Proof files of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They are not to be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without permission from StarVibez Designs. All proofs are the property of StarVibez Designs.
Revisions
For all projects done by StarVibez Designs, there is a two (2) revision limit, three (3) proofs are provided. After that, all additional revisions will incur a $10 fee per revision. For larger scale projects like web design, revisions are limited to 3.
Design Content
When completing any designs my job is to incorporate the client’s vision. If you prefer your designs are free-styled, please keep in mind our creative visions may not be the same. All content needed for web design is provided by the client. Clients are required to submit all HIGH-QUALITY photos and/or verbiage (text) they need for their project. Pixelated photos will not result in the best quality design. Please make sure all submitted content is spell checked and not subject to copyright.
Clients are responsible for providing design content at the time of purchase, website packages included. In the event that you do not provide content at the time of purchase, StarVibez Designs will provide a 7 to 14-day window to provide content, with communication being made by the client. If no communication is made and no content is provided within time allotted your project will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Turnaround Time
StarVibez Designs appreciates your business and respects your time. Star will do her best to complete your project in the time provided. Due to the custom need of each design, turnaround time may differ. Please be advised that turnaround time relates to business days only. During peak/busy seasons, sales events, ect. there may be an extension in the project turnaround by 1 – 5 days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the turnaround time of any project.
Currently due to COVID-19, delays with things such as clients products, and many other unforeseen circumstances, please understand that turnaround time is not guarantee and that your patience is both, necessary and appreciated.
Peak/busy season includes the beginning, middle and end of the school year, I am a full-time elementary school teacher. Due to schools opening up virtually and it being brand new, unforeseen delays may occur. Please do not book a service that requires immediate turnaround at this time. Again, your patience is both, necessary and appreciated.
Files
All design only projects are sent to you ("The Client/Customer") in the form of email from me ("StarVibez Designs").
Logo designs will receive the following formats PNG, JPEG and PDF. Each logo design comes in vector format (watermark) as this is an essential file format that can be scaled to any size. StarVibez Designs honors any request to resize and/or change color(s). Other request to change a logo design can be made by contacting StarVibez here.
Other graphic projects (flyers, thank you cards, website banners, etc…) are sent in JPG or PNG format. If a PDF file is needed, StarVibez Designs can provide that for you.
Once completed, you (the client) also give StarVibez Designs the right to use graphics and designs for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
